In the state of Kentucky there are more barrels of bourbon than there are people. Understandably, some of these barrels are better than others. Blending the prized liquor with a generous amount of roasted pecan pieces makes for a buttery, nutty ice cream that can be served, if one so chooses, bourbon neat.
